Moments of Meaning

MoM4clock

In 2014, National Psychotherapy Day tried something new. Six practicing therapists took the microphone to share meaningful moments from their own work (confidentiality intact, of course) to demystify our work and inspire. I think you’ll agree they met their goal:

Joe Dilley, on being a therapist in therapy.

Christin Fort, on becoming a “seasoned” therapist as a grad student.

Deborah Buckwalter, on disability and humanness.

Martin Hsia, on overcoming guilt.

Christina Emanuel, on seeing past the diagnosis.

Silvina Irwin, on healing huge wounds in couples therapy.
